To set up your Faq's page to show Questions and then an answer go under your Site Extras Link in your storeadmin area and choose "FAQ Creator" and you can enter a question and then enter the answer. A nice way to set up your site to show your shipping policies and your return policies - any question you might think of that a customer might ask.
Refund:
Since all items are customized for each customer, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless it is a mistake on our side. We will refund or replace the item if there is a mistake on our part. In such cases please send us a proof. A photo will work. You will be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
*If T-shirt size is wrong and you have proof
*T-shirt color is wrong and you have proof
*Text color is wrong and you have proof
*Design is wrong and you have proof
*Text is wrong and you have proof
-Machine wash cold or warm
-Inside out
-Only non-chlorine bleach
-Tumble dry low or lay flat
-Do not iron directly on vinyl decal unless you have it inside out or parchment paper between iron and vinyl
Due to COVID-19 Shipping dates are just an estimate. Some shipping companies are taking longer then expected. Once item is in the hands of the shipping company we will provide an eta but cannot guarantee that it will get there at that exact date.
